Pilot service

HOA Analysis is an early-stage informational service. Public profiles summarize supplied public records, while signed-in account tools help users review HOA documents in a separate private workflow. Features, coverage, and availability may change during the pilot.

No affiliation or professional advice

A profile does not mean an association owns, controls, sponsors, or has verified the page. Information may be incomplete, outdated, estimated, or attached to surrounding geography rather than the HOA itself. Nothing on the service is legal, financial, engineering, insurance, tax, appraisal, lending, or reserve-study advice.

Verify important decisions

Do not rely on HOA Analysis alone for a purchase, sale, loan, assessment, insurance decision, legal deadline, property boundary, hazard determination, school assignment, tax bill, or other consequential decision. Confirm important information with the association, responsible public agency, qualified professional, and current source records.

Acceptable use and submissions

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape it at abusive volume, evade access controls, upload material you are not authorized to use, or submit resident, owner, home-address, account, contact, or other private information through the public correction form. Correction suggestions are reviewed but are not guaranteed to produce a change.

Source notices and availability

Source-specific notices shown with profiles are part of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, the pilot is provided as available without a guarantee that every record, estimate, match, or analysis is complete, current, or error-free. HOA Analysis may suspend a release or feature when integrity or safety checks fail.

Accounts, uploads, and requests

Use an account you control and protect its sign-in links and codes. Document processing is currently limited to approved testers. Provide only documents you are authorized to upload and have processed for this service.

Private document analysis uses OpenAI to process PDFs or extracted text. Values that pass automatic checks may appear before human review; flagged values need review. Administrator approval is a separate step for benchmark eligibility, not a certification of accuracy. See how analysis works and the Privacy Notice.

Original-file downloads expire after 90 days; file removal is processed separately. Extracted facts and document history remain. Archiving a dashboard does not delete its data. For account access, export, or deletion, see account and data requests; the app does not offer automatic full-account deletion.
